During this Evaluation, we will demonstrate the power of RightsPublish technology by creating a shopping Catalog that integrates with the "look and feel" of your web site and then post your PDF documents into the Catalog. You can then link from your website to the Catalog and start selling your content right away!

What are the terms of the Evaluation?

The full terms of the Evaluation are attached as part of the Agreement, but the overview is as follows:

• 30 day trial, beginning on date of Customer approval of the web site
• A $500 refundable deposit will be charged up-front:
• • This deposit is returned to you if you are not satisfied within 30 days that the technology suits your needs.
  • If you decide that RightsPublish is right for you, the $500 will be applied against your purchase.
• A 20% transaction fee (plus applicable credit card clearing fees) will be charged per transaction, for the duration of the Evaluation.
• You will receive payment and detailed transaction reports at the end of your Evaluation, and every 30 days thereafter if you decide to purchase.

You will need to give us your final Adobe Acrobat PDF file(s), certain text fields describing the PDF file such as keywords, summary, etc. and you must define the price and usage rights
associated with the document(s).

Once the site has been built, you only need to create a simple link from your web page to the Catalog.
